Terms of Service

These terms apply to the supply of goods by Identity Matters (ABN 56 953 951 560), trading as Viking Rollers, to business customers.

Trade and wholesale supply

Viking Rollers supplies to trade, resellers, distributors and large-quantity buyers. We do not publish retail prices online. All products are priced on quotation.

Quotes and orders

Quotes are provided on request and are valid for the period stated on the quote. All orders are subject to acceptance by us. Minimum order quantities may apply, particularly for custom and made-to-order items.

Custom and made-to-order items

Custom rubber and PVC and other made-to-order items are made to your specification and cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started, except where the goods are faulty, not as described, or otherwise fail to meet a consumer guarantee under the Australian Consumer Law.

Delivery and freight

We dispatch from Coopers Plains, Queensland and deliver across Australia. Freight is quoted per order based on weight, dimensions and destination. Delivery times are estimates.

Payment

New accounts are generally supplied on a pro-forma or prepayment basis. Approved trade accounts are supplied on agreed terms. Title to goods passes on full payment.

Returns and warranty

If goods are faulty or not as described, contact us and we will repair, replace or refund in line with the Australian Consumer Law. Change-of-mind returns on stocked items may be accepted at our discretion and may incur a restocking fee.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee is limited to the supply of the goods again or the cost of having them supplied again. Nothing in these terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
