Frequently Asked Questions

Trade pricing, ordering, custom orders and product selection for Viking Rollers. Straightforward answers for trade, resellers, distributors, marine dealers and trailer builders.

How do I get pricing for Viking Rollers products?

Viking Rollers is a trade and wholesale supplier, so we do not list retail prices online. Every product is priced on a quote basis. Use the Request a Quote button on any product page, email info@vikingrollers.com.au, or phone 07 3274 6967. Tell us the product, the quantity, and your delivery suburb and postcode, and we will return a written quote.

What payment and trade terms do you offer?

New accounts are typically supplied on a pro-forma or prepayment basis. Established trade and wholesale customers can apply for an account with agreed payment terms. To open a trade account, contact our sales team with your business details and ABN.

Who does Viking Rollers sell to?

We sell business to business only. Our customers include trade buyers, resellers and distributors, marine dealers, trailer builders and manufacturers, industrial sites, and large-quantity or wholesale buyers across Australia.

How do I become a Viking Rollers stockist or reseller?

Click Become a Stockist or contact our sales team at info@vikingrollers.com.au or 07 3274 6967. Let us know your business name and ABN, the ranges you want to carry, your location, and your expected order volumes. If your business is a good fit, we will set you up with trade pricing and arrange ongoing supply.

What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

Minimum order quantities depend on the product and whether it is a stocked line or custom made to order. Standard rollers and stocked matting carry trade carton or roll quantities, while custom rubber and PVC carries a minimum order quantity, as each custom run is produced to your specification by our specialist supply partners. Tell us the product and quantity when you request a quote and we will confirm the MOQ and price breaks.

What are your lead times?

Stocked lines generally dispatch quickly once your order is confirmed. Custom and made-to-order items have a lead time that depends on the specification and the size of the run. We confirm an indicative lead time with every quote.

Can you supply custom rubber and PVC matting?

Yes — we supply custom rubber and PVC matting made to order to your dimensions, profile, thickness and application. Send us your specification or describe the application and we will recommend the right construction and confirm pricing, the minimum order quantity and the lead time.

Do you deliver Australia-wide?

Yes. We dispatch from Coopers Plains in Brisbane, Queensland, and deliver across Australia. Freight is quoted per order based on weight, dimensions and your delivery location. Provide your full delivery address with suburb and postcode when you request a quote.

How do I choose the right boat trailer roller material?

We supply three roller materials. Black rubber is the proven, economical all-rounder. Soft poly is a softer, marking-resistant polyurethane that protects gel-coat and painted hulls. Hard nylon is the toughest, lowest-friction option for heavy loads and frequent launching. See our Boat Trailer Roller Selection Guide for a full comparison.

How do I choose the right matting?

Match the mat to the job. Anti-fatigue for standing comfort, entrance or door mats for dirt and water, drainage matting for wet and wash-down areas, and custom rubber and PVC for non-standard requirements. See our Matting Selection Guide for a side-by-side comparison.

Can I get samples before ordering?

Sample availability varies by range. Ask when you request your quote and we will let you know what is possible for the product you are considering.

What roller bore sizes and shaft fittings do you supply?

Our rollers are available in the common bore diameters used on Australian boat trailers, so they suit standard roller spindles, brackets and shaft hardware. We also stock the spares and hardware to complete a setup. Tell us the bore size and roller type, or send a sample of the roller you are replacing.

Do you supply boat trailer spares and hardware?

Yes. Alongside rollers, boat trailer spares and hardware is one of our three core ranges, so dealers, trailer builders and resellers can source rollers, replacement parts and fittings from a single Australian supplier.

Are Viking Rollers products made in Australia?
